Hi! My name is Arlen.
I’m an entrepreneur, UX enthusiast, and team accelerator. My professional journey started at age 14 with my first web design client (circa 2000). After college I spent 5 years leading a web development consultancy (closed at a team of 5) and then 3 years leading marketing for a $25+ million food sales company. After a year of solo UX and front-end work and another working alongside a successful business coach, I had the opportunity to join an amazing Team at XWP. I’ve served there now in People Ops and Delivery since 2015.
I’m the proud father of 3 amazing kids, married to my best friend, and a follower of Jesus. My favorite place to be is in the Idaho mountains with people I love, enjoying the big blue sky, sweet air, rugged terrain, and wildlife.
I’m passionate about helping people discover and remove the obstacles to doing their best work and living their best lives.
